4. What is the process for returning an item?

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please visit the Returns and Cancellations page on our website. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
