The Heatmiser UH8 is an 8-zone underfloor heating wiring centre designed for use with the 4-channel 230V time clock (TM4 v2) and 230V setback thermostat (DS-SB v3), but it is equally compatible with any 230V room thermostat. This versatile unit provides central control for underfloor heating systems, allowing for precise management of multiple zones.
Each of the 8 zones can be individually controlled, with the ability to assign each zone to one of the two heating time channels available on the UH8. In addition to heating control, the unit includes 2 extra time channel connections for hot water or auxiliary devices. When there is a demand from any zone, the UH8 delivers a 230V output to switch the corresponding zone actuator, as well as the underfloor heating pump and valve. A volt-free connection is also provided for the boiler, ensuring compatibility with almost all boiler types.
Zone 8 can be easily configured to control a radiator zone via a simple slide switch. In this mode, the radiator zone will not activate the underfloor heating pump, valve, or boiler. The UH8 supports up to 4 actuators per zone, offering flexible control over larger systems.
